New member here in Western Sydney, nice to meet you all.
Upgraded from BIAB to a 3 vessel HERMS system with temp control fermentation..
Been brewing for a while, mostly with fresh wort kits, but now stepping it up at tad.
Thanks for the forum and I have enjoyed scrolling through the posts.
