Gents, I have a lager that the general consensus is did not have enough yeast. This brew has been filtered into a keg gassed and chilled. What are the thoughts of removing the beer from the keg into the fermenter, getting to correct temperature and adding more yeast. Would this help attenuate the beer to have the required finish. The second option is garden fertilizer.
