SteveSA's 2006 Xmas Case APA

Brewer's Notes

Mash at 66C; Ferment at 19C; FG 1.011; 15 EBC; 38IBU. Initially hop aroma was very much in your face but faded considerably after 3 weeks. Was dry hopped in secondary with 25g Cascade for 14 days. Next time will use 50g. Overall an exceptionally well balanced APA.
