Brewer's Notes

Name is for obvious reasons beer is hopped mainly with NZ Styrian Goldings Flowers and Slovenian Plugs. Just starting to hit it's straps. Great fruit/cream and peppery notes backed wonderfully with Marris Otter and Dark & Medium (Baird's not TF) Crystal Malt. Wyeast 1187 was used for the added estery complexity and because it's my faveourite English Ale yeast. Doesn't get any better than this. Highly recommended drop.
Note that the flower additions are NZ Styrians and the plug additons Slovenian. Flameout additions were bagged and added to the cubes. Kegs were dryhopped. One keg received a Styrian Goldings plug and the other a Northdown plug.
Water (Melbourne tap) was carbon filtered and treated with;
40g Gypsum
16g Bicarb Soda
1tsp Epsom Salts
