Brewer's Notes

Mash @64C for 75mins
Pitch @22C
Ferment @14~16C

Lower temp. mash due to the use of LME. I actually used Super Pride for bittering.
I tend to skip the cold conditioning due to impatience. An easy brew & a great session beer!
