Brewer's Notes

This beer was brewed for the Xmas in July 2007 case swap.
Mashed at 66 deg for 75 minutes. Mash out at 75 deg for 20 minutes.
Batch sparged.
Volume into the boiler - 42 litres @ 1.046
Boiled time was 90 minutes
O.G. 1.060
F.G. 1.014
ABV 6%
According to ProMash the colour was 26 EBC
