Brewer's Notes

Yeast used not on list! White Labs WL072 French Ale - Platinum Series- seasonal. Quite a slow starter but it got there with a litt heat applied, possibly too much, wanted 24c but it went right up to 27c. Perhaps sweeter and more like a Belgian for this reason. Single step, no chill. I had a whole lotta bits n pieces begging to be brewed, so quite a variety of grain went into this one.

wait for him to finish smarty pants :) ive been watching it as it went from 1%alc with only 1 grain nothing else to now 60% and no yeast. funny watching recipes getting built.

on topic it looks nice.
 
I think the 750kg of candi sugar might be throwing it out a bit.

LOL! Holy mackeral I didnt realise you could watch me fluffin' around with this one whilst I served customers and tried to read my own handwriting. I cant find the yeast I used in the list, bummer, cant quite remember how heavy this one started out either, shall check my Promash file when I get home and fixit up tomoz.

P.s, Ima chick, not a 'him', but thats totally cool dude.

re recipe building. anytime you make a save change to the recipe anyone can see the change. its really quite funny to watch sometimes
