Putney spiced Ale

Brewer's Notes

the treacle is actually lyles golden syrup 0.25 kg and honey 0.1 kg
the spice load was
1 tsp garam masala, 1 grated nutmeg, the peel of 2 oranges, 6 cardamom pods
the coopers ale was ranched from a coopers green longneck and made into a starter.
mash was a double decoction mash 50 64 69 and 76.
the OG was 1.056 the fg was 1.012
and it tastes great.

No hops or yeast in this one? Or is my computer on the blink again.

there is i did a few edits. first time i posted a recipe. it has fuggles and goldings the yeast was a coopers green long neck i ranched.
the spices were cardomom, garam masala nutmeg and orange peel. I am drinking it now and it is really nice. I can't really taste the spices very much probably due to the maltiness but certainly there in the aroma.
