Brewer's Notes

Guys Mash Grain @ 66 degrees for 80 mins
Sparge with water of 82 degrees X2
Bring to boil - Total time 80 mins.
Start: 50g Saaz.
30 mins to go: 25g of Saaz.
10 mins to go: 25g of Saaz.
Fill to 23 litres and do as usual.
