Brewer's Notes
Caramalt should read B&B not JWM. & the Pale Choc & Crystal is Bairds. 0.5tsp of CaCl, & 0.2tsp of Epsom Salts also added to mash. The Goldings were 1st wort hopped to 30-35IBU
