Brewer's Notes
added a sachet of gelatine to secondary and beer is very clear. so hoppy and citrusy!!! though not overly bitter. i like the otter in this one, has a smooth maltiness to compliment the citrus. Mash at 65 for 60 min. used a us 05 i harvested from a previous batch. no starter just straight into fermenter.
