Brewer's Notes
This is my best Weizens yet, cloudy and great fluffy white head, and easy to brew in about 10 days chill and drink early. It is pale but not as pale as this image is showing! If you like wheat beer try this one, every visitor likes this one on tap. Pitch the 1.5L yeast starter at 22c, ferment at 18c for 3 days and increase to 24c to finish.Enjoy.
