How ironic, that's almost EXACTLY what I put down today!

4.5kg MO
0.5kg Carared
0.2kg Biscuit
0.2kg Carapils
0.15kg Carawheat
0.1kg Roast barley

EKG 30g at 60mins
Perle 10g at 10mins before flame out

Can't seem to keep it around as it's such an easy session beer, noice creamy head and malty bitterness which balance well at ~9C.....
 
damn yeah biscuit would be awesome in this recipe! I prefer the sound of no late hopping for a full malt flavour :beer:

Usually that same here, but with this one it just works soooooo well that I put up with the hassle of late hopping. :icon_cheers:
