Brewer's Notes

Final gravity was a touch under that, 1008-09
1.3kg frozen mixed berries, the 'Gourmet' brand in secondary for 1 week.
Colour is pink, and I mean pink!
Great tartness from the berries with almost all the flavour coming from them. Fermented at 18 or so to keep the banana/bubblegum down
