Four Saisons in One Day

Ale - Bière de Garde
All Grain

Brewer's Notes

Bière de Garde subtype chosen because I couldn't find Saison in the list. Wyeast 3724 used, not White Labs 565, but I also could not find that in the list. Intended 35 IBU but an error with bittering hops resulted in 40 IBU, though beer was not unbalanced.
Mashed at around 65-66. Fermented in the low-mid 20's. Fermentation will slow down when it is around 80% complete, warm the fermenter up to the mid-high 20's when this happens and prepare to wait a couple weeks. Final gravity 1.010
