Brewer's Notes

I believe this is still a foreign extra stout. I have played with the recipe so much that it's now nothing like the original. However, after all the experimenting, I am quite happy with the recipe that I am posting here. Also it came out black, I don't know why the colour on the DB is lighter than that. Oh well...
