Brewer's Notes

Very roasty stout.
Took out 1st place and a Gold medal 26/30 at our BaBBS club comp. 4th in class at the AABC National comp...
I think the carafa lends a smooth roastiness that made it stand out.
This was about an 8L boil so the IBUs are nothing like what is here.
Beersmith estimates 60IBUs.
