Brewer's Notes

..I would probably keg this for 2 weeks rather than just one week but this baby was tasting good straight from the fermenter. Dunno if the calcs are correct but my version ended up at 6.9% alc and I have the vomit to prove it. Southern cross hop addition set at '0' was at flame out and the Styrian Goldings were dry hopped in secondary.

I would probably cut back on the caramalt to about 250gm in future brews or substitute with crystal.

I've just done a batch of this and it is magnificent, ab-so-lutely supurb. A top recipe. Now I wish I did a bigger batch
 
Glad to hear it turned out well king. I must say it's been over 6 months since I last brewed one of these so I may have to pop out another one soon.
