Hop schedule and other changes are in the notes. Difficult to get the exact recipe within the confines of the DB system.

As stated in the title this recipe took out the 2012 IPA Category at the AABC. It qualified for that comp by getting 3rd at the NSWAHC. Seemed to benefit from a few more weeks in the bottle to reduce the diacetyl that was there early. Would probably give it a bit more time in primary before crash chilling and dry hopping.

4 months since bottling it is still drinking well and has plenty of American hop character. Definitely a style that is suitable for Partials. This was actually my first Partial Mash IPA, the hop schedule was inspired by Alesmith IPA.

Definitely worth brewing if you enjoy West Coast style AIPA's and are yet to graduate to all-grain.
