Crazy Horse Pale Ale

IPA - India Pale Ale
All Grain
- - - - -

Brewer's Notes

Named after the American Indian Chief “Crazy Horse”, a respected member of the Oglala Sioux Native American tribe. This recipe was based upon the SNPA Celebration Ale, a highly regarded example of an American IPA. So it is modelled upon being relatively malty, clean tasting, and assertively hoppy using Classic American hops; Centennial, Cascade and Chinook hops.

This beer should be a beer the hopheads out there can relate to. I prefer the carbonation on the low side so the bubbles are small and tight and this is the case with this beer. Probably a bit to attenuated to my liking, but who can disagree with an organism that has existed for millions of years.

Apologies once again to those who received 640ml bottles.
Hope you enjoy it!
