Brewer's Notes

Crystal malt was 120 EBC. I actually got 18 ltrs in to my fermenter, probably because of a cock up with water volumes, which seem to plague me. Additional 30g of Cascade after 4 days of fermentation.

Now drinking this, very nice bitter smack and a round flavour,pretty good to type. Good easy drinking beer.
