Brewer's Notes

Galena= Galaxy flowers 13.2%AA.
Cascade= Citra Pellets 13.4%AA.
Batch sparge 66C with mashout.
6g CaCl to mash, 12g CaSO4 to boil.
2.5L starter made from 1 pack of Wyeast 1028.

Best beer I've ever made without doubt, malty, caramel, fantastic hop aroma and flavour, bitterness smooth....amazing.
