Thought I would post a pic of the Vienna just to make mouths water. It is crystal clear after filtering but the glass has some condensate that makes it look a touch cloudy. Does yours taste a touch sulphury Triple B? I think I might change the yeast away from the Wyeast 2042 Danish Lager but to what? Any advice is welcomed.

Can't do for a few weekends. Damn Work.

Any suggestions on a more suitable yeast?

Hey drew from the wyeast site: 2124 - Bohemian Lager
2308 - Munich Lager
2633 - Octoberfest Lager Blend

were recommendations. If you like the idea of the munich or octoberfest i would be happy to go halves in a pack if u wanna split it down :) its pretty easy.

I am with the Lord. I've had good results with 34/70 and will try this next time round.
Mr Brews - mine was not sulphury...... your brewing techniques/skill perhaps?
cheers
