G'day all, got a bit of stuff lying around and thought this could be alright...

1 can coopers IPA
500g ldme
800g wheat malt extract
200g crystal
20g amarillo @ 15 mins
20g amarillo @ 0 mins
us-05 yeast

Any thoughts? Was going to use 1.5kg of ldme and 200g of wheat but thought it might be too sweet.

Sounds good to me.

Looking at the coopers site and it seems that the IPA at 23L is 52 IBU's, so I don't think the 1.5kg would make it too sweet. However with the 800g of wheat it might be a little strong.
