Between brewing at work, on my 1V and with a mate on his brewery, I've not brewed on my 3V during 2016. It's time to let someone else love it.

3V with internal RIMS plus HERMS

This is the brewery itself, things like mills, mash paddles etc are not included.

HLT

80L stainless keg with sight glass.
Solid stainless handles welded to it.
2 x heating elements mounted into a sump area so they mount against a flat surface.
Decent temp probe (Auber)

Mash tun
http://i988.photobucket.com/albums/af3/QldKev/Homebrew/false_bottom_final.jpg
100L top grade stainless pot. No lid.
Homemade false bottom which works awesome. Pickup tube mounted directly through the pot using a compression fitting and directly into the false bottom. Nive stainless steel grab handle.
Concealed heating element mounted under the false bottom. (need new element) Under the element it is house in a IPS rated enclosure. Also there is a mount to lift the pot so it sits flat and can be thrown around without damaging it.

Kettle
140L commercial grade ali pot with lid
3 heating elements
Decent temp probe (Auber)

HERMS
The standard HERM-IT setup
Decent temp probe (Auber)

Pump

March 809
Mounted on a bracket with a plastic splash cover

4 x 10amp feed
4 x RCD
3 x pids,
- HLT pid
- Mash pid is the Auber SYL-23X2P with 30steps programmable.
- HLT pid is only for looks and just triggers an alarm as you get close to the boil.
This needs to be electrically certified before being used.

Plumbing
All stainless camlocks.
All stainless ball valves.
All silicone hoses

Brew stands
In 2 peices.
Old heavy duty frame from my BIAB days on heavy casters houses the HLT and mash tun.

Old table houses the kettle
Needs a basic table / bench to sit the controller.

Downsides
The elements on the HLT need a better housing for the electrics.
The RIMS element needs replacing, or I have a nice stainless housing for the HERMS that could mount 2 elements.
There are a couple of brass fittings still hiding in the plumbing.
The lot needs a good clean up.
It makes awesome beer so you will get fat.

Located Bundaberg
Chasing $2,500ono (I have put a lot of $ into it, not to mention time)

Nice rig, I bet it took a lot of thought and more than a few beers to finally decide to part with her.

Thanks, a few beers to decide to part with her and many in the build. It's a system I constantly hit 85% pre-boil eff. I should try and do a spreadsheet of the cost, but in the control panel there is $1K alone. I didn;t want cheap ebay type RCDs to protect me.
