Hi there,

I'm about to start a new brew of a Stella clone. I'll be fermenting in an cooler box using bottles of ice to keep the temp down.
My question is : after primary at let's say 15ish degrees, what effect will a rising temp do to the brew. And what temp should I condition at. Can this be a higher temp?

It mainly depends on your yeast. What's your yeast strain?
