Perlick Tap Diagram

Hi All,

I have a little bit of an issue with the Perlick Tap I bought about 3 years ago. The tap is not moving as easily as it has in the past; it is as if it is being restricted. I have taken the tap apart and re-built it, but unfortuantely I think I may have some 'O' rings in the wrong position.

Does anyone have a diagram I could use? I have contacted the place where I bought it but they do not have such a diagram. I have also searched the internet and cannot find exactly what I am looking for.

As a reference, the tap is the same as available from Ross at Craftbrewer.com here.

Thanks Razz but I found those ones and they are not the same as I have or that Ross sells. Those are for the new design, the floating o-ring style at the tap head. The one I have has a another sort of body within the tap. I might be able to take a photo this evening and post it to stop any further confusion.

The old tap has the assembly in this order.
1. In the top of the body place a black O ring and then a white cup washer faced up.
2. Insert handle lever through rings and into tap body.
3. Place white cup washer, faced down, and black O ring over lever.
4. Place bonnet over lever and screw down.
5. Place handle jacket(looks like a top hat) over lever and screw down.
That should be it.
