Usual suspects, hoist bag, bring to boil and make a hop swimming pool with a CraftBrewer grain bag for the POR flowers, later the aroma pellets. Picture looks quite static but what happens is that as the wort boils and steams the bag rolls up and down taking the hops deep in the brew then back up again, massaging them. May I be a hop in my next life.
I usually enlist my over the side heater to ramp quicker but tonight I'm just relaxed about it. Would normally be finished by 9.30.
