Oxidised Beer Effects

I sat through an oxidised beer last night as it was my last longneck of my Munich Ale.... mmmmmmm

Oxidised beer tastes alot stonger like the bitterness is stronger and the malt is hidden - its a hard flavour to describe.

Anyways, today i've had a ripsnorter of a headache all day. Nurofen tells all lies on its packet.... Tawny Port seems better at softening the aches

How did your beer become oxidised?

It was my last long neck and it only got half filled.

I give my long necks a shake to dissolve the priming sugar - I sorta expected it

Hmmm..i have half a beer that i bottled (bulk primed) - i wonder if it will be oxidised when i crack it?

I was just silly enough to keep drinking it because it was my last.
