One way check valves for co2 lines

Hey guys. Sorry if this has been asked before. Setting up my keg fridge and looking for one way check valves for the co2 lines so no beer goes back up them and ruins my Reg.
There is the ones at keg king for $9.95 (black and red one), I also found these stainless steel ones, would these be ok to use?

Should be perfectly find, except to check 100% confirm the 'cracking pressure' at which they will pass gas, but yeah should be OK. Good find!
