Hey guys can I get a recipe for a dark lager and a light (colour) lager for a Oktoberfest I'm organising, I usually only brew ales and stouts so yeast recommendation would help also, I brewed a Vienna lager (extract) that is kick arse that I still have over half a keg of, so was thinking maybe a pilsner or maybe something malty.
