I’ve currently got 2 great northern type recipes bottled and a tooheys new type recipe in the fermenter

I shouldn't worry too much. I have a general problem with head retention- especially after 6 or 7 pints.

Do you use Maltodextrin. if not try it it works for me.

I use brew booster thats got it in it

Yes it has. I think most made up boosters have around 250gms in them. try adding an extra 50 -100gms. It's just corn syrup (powdered form) and won't affect the taste of your brew,
