Hey mate I brew an American pale ale in the bag. Did a dry hop for 4 weeks. For my first brew I was impressed. I put it in keg but think I over gassed it. Tried releasing pressure. Turning pouring pressure to 4 psi. Even beer line lengths still to much troth/ head. To me the brew settle a lot and taste really good after 4 weeks in the keg fridge.i would put it somewhere between 150 lashes and hop thief. I'm waiting for a run of spirits now to use the brew fridge again.
