Just picked up an early Birthday present from a local Hotel Supplier in Hobart here They have a heap of stuff to do with hospitality, but deal directly with the public as well as Hotels. I ordered an 80 Litre Al stockpot and it arrived in about a week, all up it was $131 - considering it was going to cost $170 to get one from Allquip it seems like a great price. Now I have to wait until the weekend is here before I officially have it, and then the drilling for the tap can commence. 
Anyway, if you're in Tassie and need a kettle, I can certainly recommend these guys.
