I've just started my first brew, it's a mangrove jacks Blonde lager, however I've added Amarillo hops and a grain to change it up a bit. I prefer my hoppy beers and ales so going off the advice from the fella at the shop hopefully this will turn out alright!
Started at 1050 and seems to have stopped at 1005. Tastes alright, but going to leave t another week or two to clean it up a bit, then bottle it.
I've been reading and researching the crap out of everything so it's all in my head I just gotta make it work!
Found plenty of handy info on here too.
Want to get stuck into all grain brews eventually so will pick off a few kits first, so I can get it right.
