Both these units use thermowell with a BIAB system, I'd be a little worried about ripping the bag with the thermowell when lifting out.DU99 said:

Anyone use a thermowell with BIAB?
With my BIAB system I wrap the kettle with blankets, it only loses maybe a degree over a one-hour mash, not a big deal.
An urn is a cheap great way to get into BIAB all grain. I'd highly recommend it megs8888Porkchop said:
