Hi All,
I asked this question here
But thought i would get a quicker answer starting a new thread. I need to do what ever I am to do by midday as I'm off to QLD.
So...
I racked the brew into another fermenter and added dry hops and also dropped temp to 10 deg.
Now my question is..... I won't have the opportunity to bottle this beer until the end of next week (14th November ??)....what should I do to protect it?
My thoughts were:
1 - leave in fermenter and drop temp to around 4 degs (fridge temp)
2- Rack from fermenter into a post mix keg (in this case two 9 ltr kegs...all I have empty at the moment) and burp with CO2.
3. Do nothing???
What should I do? I want to make sure this brew stays good till bottling.
Any help would be great. Cheers
Cheers, Pok
