Hello,

I was looking at purchasing a nasa burner from an ebay seller. He states that for the same postage cost, he can ship up to 4 of the burners.

Thsi would work out at approximately $30 each landed in Australia. The only real additional cost would be local shipping within Australia.

Is anyone interested in joining me in this buy? Sydney based would be preferable, unless your willing to pay internal postage.

EDIT: Pending, just realised I need to speak to Dane first.

I am in for 1 if you can find 2 others interested...

I'd love 1. I live in Melbourne but happy to pay for internal postage

So that is $30 for the unit, not just postage to oz?

I would be interested in this, just need to check on suitability for my boiler.

Cheers

If there is others wanting one I will pull out of the deal and let a reserver take my spot.
If not then I will continue to proceed with the transaction to help you guys out and get this happening.

(Still undecided on a gas burner or an electric heater so I am easy eitherway really)

Yes, it would be approximately (depending on current exchange rate) $30 landed in Australia. The only additional cost would be postage within Australia to yourself.

Id be up for 1 - is the regulator included and any idea of postage for such an item to brisbane.

If there's a spot left I'll jump in. Also in Brisbane (Narangba)

Will the Nasa burner get a double batch to boil? any idea how long for those that have one

Do a search, plenty of threads talking about that! :)

That cost is Only the burner. No regulator, stand, or anything else. Just the burner.

Postage will be at cost from Australia post. I wouldnt expect it to be more than $10, probably less.

No Problem.

I'm also getting 4 into Aust. I have 1 spare so if there is an extra person from this buy who wants one let me know; same deal as here. This is only after clueless has finalised the people for his 4 burners.

I think there may be an extra, I count 5 interested people after evil spirits has given up his spot.

PM sent to clueless..

Cheers

Thankyou all,

If you want to jump into QLDkev's buy, feel free!

Between now and when I last posted in this thread, I've had a curve ball thrown at me (swmbo related), which means I may myself need to go in a different direction.

I'm not saying I'm not going to proceed, however if someone else wants to take it over, no hard feelings, and no harm done.

All the required links are in my thread in gear and equipment.

Cheers

Clueless

Since clueless has ok'd it, I know have the final spot for the buy.

Im going to have to pull out - just read that the nasa's could be quite loud and I would get shot for waking up our newborn twins - let alone the neighbours. Thanks anyhow.

I'm in if theres room in one of the orders!

Cheers

BE AWARE

This transaction has not been as clean as we had planned for. One of the burners was sent to us in unfit for use condition; I can only assume they have a lack of a QA department. The seller is not prepared to fully stand behind their product and is only prepared to pay the cost of the item and not meet any shipping costs. This means the people receiving the item has a defective product and is out of pocket for the shipping costs.
