Hi all,

Well, I'm going to start off by saying .... I'll leave it to the experts here to classify the styles that these fall into. The reason that I'm posting is simply that this is the first time that I have felt confident enough in the end result to share it :-(

Anyway, I put the following two recipes down, they are very similar and will today do a tasting side by side, but from my notes, they both impressed me. (some might say I'm easily pleased)

Feel free to comment .... actually, I encourage it as its all a learning process and I welcome the feedback.

Both recipes are half batches (11L) with an efficiency of 65%
