ha my first (and only finished) batch tasted like goon when i bottled it

yep it still tastes like shit after 2.5 weeks in the bottles, i guess Mclovin had it right it wasn't finished, even though mine was in the fermenter for 3 weeks (though me SG meter was broken so i couldn't test it)

it still looks like beer so ill be fighting back the tears as i pour it down the drain

unless you desperately need the bottles, give it a few months before trying again. Most kit and kilo beer tastes crap after 2 weeks, but a few months can improve it immensley.

I hate seeing anything get wasted...
