Moosehead Lager

has anyone tried moosehead lager?
Nice drop from canada, picked it up at dan murphys.
Carlsberg (denmark) was pretty nice to, a all malty beer, 2 cheap trips to 2 different countrys without leaving newcastle.

Drinking some now, not quite what i'd call premium, but interesting use of corn in beer h34r: really thins out the body.

Canada's oldest independent brewery apparently.

They had this stuff for special at a local independant bottle o a while back. Didn't wind up buying a case of it, rather a sixer.
Bit different from most of these 'international' sort of lagers we get over here. Interesting, if not very lean texture.
For some reason I expect all Canadian beer to be like Unibroue...
