Cool idea here for micro's bottling lines.

http://www.tom-wood.com/brewery/bottle.php

I have started up my own version.....got a bottle tree, capper, fermenter table and threw it in the trailor........

What about a whole brewery in a trailor????

Cool idea, might be useful around here too, with the increase in the number of small/micros where bottling is can be a labor-intensive exercise that takes all day.

Not sure a brewery in a trailer is such a good idea however, unless you'd be happy with the truck-owner carting off your fermenting wort at the end of the day ... after you've done all the hard work of crushing and mashing the grain then boiling the wort. :)

Might be good for some of the whinging princesses we get in the case swaps.

Continuously complaining about how much a pain-in-the-ar$e bottling is compared to kegging...
