I've printed and built your template being as precise as possible (have left resolution quite large for your preview):

guard does not fully protect my gears on left roller. Same applies to opposite side of roller:




my existing perspex guard for comparison (works fine):


and closer:


Hope helps.. maybe others need to print and fit the template before you order 60+ ? I don't see how I could modify the finished guard (or mill) to successfully protect the gears?
