I have just toasted some maris otter, following instructions from john palmer. I have done this before, and it worked great, but i was thinking, what other malts can be toasted??. I was thinking of doing a small amount of munich malt to put in an oktoberfest, but if its not going to come out any good, i will not bother. Also, what about pils malt??.
