Hi All,

This is doing my head in a little... I'm looking for a JG fitting that's 3/8" BSP Female to 5/16" (8mm) Tube (push in bit)....

doesn't seem to exist???

I've found this one.. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/John-Guest-5-16-F-x-3-8-Tube-Tap-Adaptor-2-off-/320650690741?hash=item4aa84540b5:m:mdTxx3xDWPHPXvI8QIbuOHQ

Which is the right configuration (thread to push in), but the wrong sizes... Essentially what I'm looking for is the exact opposite of that... (bigger end being the threaded end).

any ideas?

Female thread to push fit are uncommon and thus expensive. Usual work around is a male thread (taper) to push fit and a BSP parallel female socket.

If you must have it in one piece, here you go:

BSP parallel thread is now called G thread, BSP taper is now called R thread.

BTW John Guest is a brand name, they're generally called pneumatic tube fittings. JG, SMC, Legris and Festo are all interchangeable.

I was looking for something exactly like this, this morning
My Andale shanks (specifically the coupler/olive bit) stick out too far inside of the keezer and make slotting in one of the kegs on the hump a pain
might have to see if anyone else wants some and grab a 5 pack

Or these

Try Pneutech in Ringwood. They are JG's largest reseller in Melb. If they can't help, it doesn't exist.

Mate, that's awesome... I emailed them and they answered immediately with a quote for the exact things I want.

No affiliation with the seller other than having bought from them in the past. They've been mentioned in other threads as generally reliable.
Looks good, but they are PT (NPT?), I need BSP threads...
