Does anyone know a lab supply store in Sydney (or on-line) that sells larger (1L to 3L) erlenmeyer flasks?

grain and grape have 1L and 2L flasks also. Quite reasonably priced also. Might be worth checking out.

Depends on the brand you get from Livingstone. I got a 1l and 2l Bomex one and they are nearly indestructable, unless of course you drop them.

I got a cheapy 500ml one there as well and one stirbar from my runaway stir plate put a nice little hole in it.

I can vouch for Livingstone as well. Get the good ones and you'll be fine.

Cheers
Dave

And the jelly beans you get in the box are good 2

Have had no problem with them either.

Say away from the ebay stores after you add postage the 2l ones are nearly double the price
