(longer) Celli FC shanks

G'day brains trust,
Is anyone here able to help me find a supplier of shanks to suit Celli FC taps?

I'm mid keezer build and to fit my existing taps I'd need to rout the collar down from 32mm to 10mm max to fit these short (~50mm) shanks.

Note they have a different end connection to the generic Brumby and Intertap faucets that I have on hand.

Craftbrewer previously stocked them. They were about 65mm long, if my memory serves correct. I purchased four of them.
Perhaps they could get some in for you.

Ive got a celli on my portable setup. I have a router but used a spade drill bit to recess the back of the collar to solve the same problem. Probably work out cheaper than a router.

The next problem once you recess the back of the holes is how to tighten the plastic john guest fitting on the end of the shank. It's octagonal rather than the normal hexagonal that nuts tend to be. I fashioned up a tube spanner out of a short length of square steel tube. Nothing I had laying around fit so I found a piece with internal dimensions only just too small to fit on the JG fitting, used an angle grinder to make a cut about 10mm into each corner and then splayed the sides out until the end was wide enough to fit onto the JG fitting. Only really need to hand tightened but it allows you to actually apply some turning force to the fitting.

I was thinking about recessing it like so (drafted it up, can't help myself) so I can get fingers / multi-grip on each side and tighten it 1/4 of a turn at at time. 24mm hole for the shank and 38mm spade for the recess (largest that bunnings have).

That would work. If you're going to Bunnings anyway I would take the JG fitting and see if they have an 8pt socket or tube spanner that fits, or a piece of steel or aluminium tube that fits.
