Or you can just type "75 quarts in L" into google. Theres a very handy built in converter in google. You can usually use unit abbreviations but for some reason it doesn't like "QT" for quart

edit: I say this because I used to use online conversion all the time but its annoying to have to pick out the unit type and scroll through the list etc. especially when there are 5 different units with slightly similar names. I think google just picks out the most common.
 
Just a gentle reminder to all that when doing these conversion you have to be very aware as to whether the pints, quarts and gallons etc are in UK Imperial or US measures as they are quite different.

A US quart is less than a litre while a UK quart is over 1100ml. This issue is the bane of those converting for brewing or cooking purposes and you have to really check the origin of your measurements or your proportions will be all awry.

Many of the boilers stockpots we see here in Oz are made in China for the USA markets and it can be fairly assumed they are USA quarts :) Cheerz Wab

I've always used a 1:1 approximation, but for recipes (and accuracy) thats probably not the best practise.
