I'm finally getting around to getting my recipe for a chocolate porter organised.
My wife bought me some Lindt Cacao 99% Chocoloate (50gr) that I intend to use.
Has anyone used Lindt 99% Cacao chocolate in a brew ? Is 50gr too much, not enough or just right for a 23 litre batch ? I was planning on adding it at about the last 10 mins of the boil.
