Hey all

Looking for a bit of advice. I started a Bohemian Lager nearly 5 weeks ago and was able to use a fermentation fridge for the first time. I fermented the beer at 12 deg C for two weeks with a 2 day diacetal rest at the end. I then went on a holiday to the US and didn't have time to transfer to a secondary so I dropped the temp in the fridge to 2 degC for the lagering stage.

I have just got home from my holiday and the lager is still sitting at 2 degC. I don't have a spare keg to transfer to at the moment so I am wondering how long I should be able to keep my lager in the primary. I am using a glass carboy as my primary fermenter for this beer.

Ideally I would like to keep it in the fermenter for at least another week or two at 2 degC but I am looking for advice.

Thanks
